Are all coffees created equal?

Do you have a favorite coffee stop?

There are so many different places (and different ways) to order a cup of coffee these days that it has become an enormous industry all on it's own ... Compare that to the old days where it was pretty much limited to diner counters or if you were lucky, a stop at the Dunkin Donuts once in a while.

In today's world, there are so many choices out there that many people will drive out of their way to get a cup of coffee of their choice and a taste that is "good to the last drop."

It is really no different with your print vendors.

Do you automatically send all your print projects (regardless of size or quantity) to the same print vendor without exploring other pricing and service options?

If you do, this is a BIG mistake because "captured or assumed" work by a vendor is a buyer's worst enemy. Not only do they quote all projects on one set of equipment (whether or not it's the best fit for that job or the most economical way to produce it), but it allows them to creep up their pricing and take advantage of the fact that their prices are not being double-checked by you. Be careful of this!

At Red Rock, we work hard every day at keeping our prices low and putting your needs first because we know with so many printers to choose from, it takes an extra effort (and great pricing) to be the one that you will "go out of your way for" to do business with ... Just like that morning cup of coffee!
