It is simple ... You ask them.


The next time you are working with a new (or an existing) client, do your company a favor and ask them exactly what is the most important thing they require in a vendor. You might be surprised by their answer and if you are, I believe you will hold the secret to fulfilling their needs on a whole new level in the future while securing your place as a top-notch vendor!

My clients know that I love being their print vendor and being the one that "goes the extra mile" on every project we manage and it always feels great to pull off the impossible deadline or deliver the perfect job.
