Do Not Make Promises You Can't Keep

Unless You Plan On Keeping Them …

... do notTRY” to keep them.

The word “try” only means that you will NOT deliver what you promised your client. Period.

Many vendors and suppliers use the word “try” as an excuse for poor service, missed deadlines, over-promising and under-delivering.

You either WILL deliver or you won’t. It’s really that simple.

"Reliability" is critical to building any good relationship and great customer service is no exception. If you say, “Your order will be delivered on Thursday”, make sure it is delivered on Thursday. Otherwise, don’t say it.

The same rule applies to appointments, personal deadlines, etc. Think before you promise because there is nothing that annoys a customer more than a broken promise.

At Red Rock, WE DELIVER WHAT WE PROMISE … It’s what separates us from the pack.
